Client is seeking full-time senior ASP.NET / C# application developers to lead multiple web application development projects. Experience delivering Web applications using ASP.NET / C#, SharePoint 2007 and related technologies is required. The selected candidate will provide development leadership that will expand the utilization of new and existing infrastructure, capitalizing on a .Net and SharePoint environment. Additionally, you will be part of a strong development team, and will be responsible for both enhancing existing Web applications and developing new Web applications. You must have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes an aggressive release schedule. You should be passionate about leading a team, advancing existing and new projects and applications, solving complex problems and drive issues to resolution, and take pride in being the person that people rely on to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
Architect the application platform, including the backend, messaging, and UI layers
Design and perform rapid prototyping across different architectural layers, i.e. database, application server, workflow, messaging and event management, and user interface
Provide technical guidance and assistance to development teams
Manage a team of senior and junior developers
Interact with subject matter experts to understand the business requirement and design the application accordingly
Test the prototypes per requirements
Participate in preparing requirements and specification

Minimum 5 years of comprehensive experience in web / enterprise application development in Microsoft Windows platform and related technologies
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline
In-depth experience with C# and ASP .NET
Solid understanding of OOD/OOP, relational databases, and SQL for implementing database-driven, web-based applications
Solid understanding of design and coding on all tiers of web applications and services
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure that applications meet or exceed specifications in a 3-tier, scalable and secure environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies
Must possess interpersonal, group discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
