If you are looking to improve your skills and your confidence KJ Fundamental Football Clinic can help.

This clinic will provide instruction for all offensive and defensive positions. The KJ Fundamental Football Clinic staff will be hands on, in teaching the basic fundamentals, and emphasizing individual techniques at the various positions in order for all players to improve their football skills. Below is a position breakdown of what each player can expect.

QUARTERBACK
each QB will be taught the fundamentals of the position special emphasis will be made on throwing mechanics, stance, taking the snap,proper footwork while taking your drop (3step drop, 5step and bootleg).

RECEIVERS/TIGHT ENDS
each WR/TE will be taught the fundamentals of the position special emphasis will be made on how to catch the different types of passes you will receive(low/high ball, over the shoulder,etc). stance, blocking, route running, and releases.

RUNNING BACKS
each RB will be taught the fundamentals of the position special emphasis will be made on proper way to carry the ball (ball security) stance, how to attack the line of skrimmage, blocking, pass receiving, and running routes.

OFFENSIVE LINE
each OL will be taught the fundamentals of the position special emphasis will be made on stance, different types of run blocking(dive,hook,cutoff,trap,etc). and pass protection.

DEFENSIVE LINE
each DL will be taught the fundamentals of the position special emphasis will be made on stance, getting off the ball, defeating run blocks,rushing the passer, and tackling.

LINEBACKS
each LB will be taught the fundamentals of the position special emphasis will be made on stance, defeating blockers, tackling, man-to-man pass defense, and zone pass defense.

DEFENSIVE BACKS
each DB will be taught the fundamentals of the position special emphasis will be made on stance,, backpedal, man-to-man technique, tackling, zone pass defense, and intercepting the ball.
