I will be relocating to the Louisville area with my company. I am looking for a small house, 2 bedroom, small yard to rent. I am looking for a quiet neighborhood, I would prefer a carriage house or Guest house to rent on a farm like setting. I have 1 small pet, dog, who is 6 years old. My move in date will be the end of December but by the first of January. I would like to stay on the Indiana side of the river but it is not a must. My rent is flexible but cant go over 800 a month. Thanks
