My little sister called me today to say she's getting married, in Hendersonville, NC, the day before Thanksgiving...and of course wants me (and my fiance and daughter, if possible) to be there. Of course, I want to go, but being pretty broke, with such short notice, there's no way for us to rent a car, buy plane or bus tickets. So, I thought I'd give craigslist a try- what the heck. If anyone is heading that way and back that week for a few days (3-4, including travel time?), you have room in your hooptie (for 1-3 peeps?), and would enjoy pleasant company and saving on gas money and, please contact me and maybe we can work something out. I've made the trip many times, and it's around 6 hours or so. Not so bad. Thanks for looking!
