If you smoke, then that is done outside the house. There is a sunporch where you can smoke in the event of inclement weather. The dogs will be with you though. I have zero tolerance for drugs. Alcohol is fine. Getting drunk though should be accomplished at another physical address. Visits by friends is not allowed, but may be addressed after we get to know each other better. I do not desire any drama in my life. I can use the money, but I will not sacrifice my lifestyle to be disrespected or have my home disrespected. I am not a neat freak, but I expect you to clean up after yourself. If you mess it up, clean it up. Clean the bathroom every other week. Sweep floor or use Swiffer as needed in your room and common areas. There is off-street parking for one vehicle. I keep to myself and am up late most nights (midnight to 1), but do not blare music and such. Honesty and trust are very important to me. I do not want to be evangelized. Becoming friends or strictly a financial transaction works as long as there is respect between us. I work full-time at Fort Knox and part-time off post so I am gone quite a bit.
