were a local band looking to rent or sub lease a practice space. tried garages and houses for a while but weve found its better to have a dedicated space. Ideally well be able to find a secure spot where we can leave our equipment, be loud, and hopefully not freeze to death. we're great tenants and will honor all lease agreements. any helpful tips or comments welcome. This is a great deal for a commercial spacce that operates during the daythat we could sublease from at night. thanks
