It is in the BRAND NEW apartments that were just built and opened August 2009. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 very nice girls that go to University of Louisville and are Cheerleaders there. Each bedroom has their own bedroom and we all share a huge living room and kitchen. Washers and Dryers are included in the apartment as well as all the furniture in the bedroom, living room, and full kitchen with refridgerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All the utilities are included in the price of $585, water, electric, garbage, internet, cable.  The price is negotiable.  My bedroom is the middle sized bedroom and bathroom and each bedroom has an individual lock. And it also has a large walk in closet. Below is the layout. When you walk through the front door there is also a panic button and there is also another in the bedroom for safety or emergency. The clubhouse is also very nice and is available for your use. In the clubhouse there is a beach volleyball outside, huge swimming pool with flat screen tv to watch from the pool. Inside there is a nice sized fitness center, free tanning beds, a movie theatre, 2 game rooms with ps3 and wii's in each one, a pool table, computer center, large flatscreen tv to watch inside the clubhouse, and a fireplace with couches around to relax. The Province is located right next to U of L and are apartments for college students but you can attend any college in the area. They also have their own private bridge over to U of L's campus. These are super nice apartments especially for the price and their brand new. I'm just transferring to IU in Bloomington and am needing to get out of my lease. The complex pays for water, trash, and heat (radiator, so the apartment stays nice and warm in the winter). There is also a coin-operated laundry room in the basement, and there are some off-street parking spaces available. My LG&E has never ran me more than $30 dollars a month. My neighbors are all very quiet, the building is locked, and there are surviellence cameras around the building. <br>
