There is also a coin-operated laundry room in the basement, and there are some off-street parking spaces available. My LG&E has never ran me more than $30 dollars a month. My neighbors are all very quiet, the building is locked, and there are surviellence cameras around the building.

It is on the first floor of a 4-plex and had a gas stove in the kitchen, huge living room and bedroom, and separated kitchen and dining areas. There is one built in bookshelf, 3 closets and one really huge storage area in the apartment.
The space in the basement has a work bench, electricity and 2 windows. It would be a nice work area or a a really great storage area (what I used it for)!
There are washer dryer hook-ups in the basement as well!

The only reason I moved is because I was required to move back to move back to my campus. I am SO sad to leave this apartment, it was so convenient to everything.
