We are looking for a part time person who can manage the AP/AR and Payroll, and also do some light office admin for an established, (30+ years), manufacturing company. This would be a transactional and administrative position that handles the day-to-day management of financial transactions, banking, payroll, and operational money management.
To be successful:
-Good working knowledge and experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Must high integrity, self-motivated, organized and efficient.
- Should be proficient with basic accounting principles and duties, and be familiar with keeping ledgers up to date, running payroll and paying taxes, with good record keeping.
-Must have some demonstrated experienced with all of the above.
We are a small firm that is growing and need about 3 days a week, flexible hours. There are also small organizational tasks and light office administration duties in between the accounting duties. Basically help the office run smoothly and be another set of eyes and pair of hands to help.
