Every person over the age of 18 that will be living in the apartment must fill out an application. We will perform a criminal background and a credit reference check along with previous rental history verification.
1. To get started we need the application fee (money order or certified check only), the signed application, and a copy of your most recent proof of income showing that you gross at least 3 times the rent.
2. Once the application has been approved, a $500 hold fee is required. This will hold your apartment for up to 14 days. Apartments will not be held until the hold fee is received. Once the lease is signed the hold fee converts to $300 move-in fee (nonrefundable) and $200 security deposit (refundable if eligible).
