Made by the Willett Distilling Co. of Bardstown, the Citation decanter is one of the most sought-after horse decanters ever produced. This is the stopper (actually a ceramic Eddie Arcaro from the chest up with a cork on the bottom) that came in this decanter when originally issued in 1979.

It is in new condition and is authentic. I have been a dealer in decanters for 50 years, buying out several other dealers and even a distillery's leftover decanters. Thus I have accumulated a lot of decanters, stoppers, labels, and other items associated with decanters from the 1950's through the 1980's.
