Approximately 11 " tall, cork top, glass whiskey bottle. It has a new cork included (which I forgot to insert before taking the picture).
All letters on the bottle are capital letters and all are raised from the bottle surface.
On the front (just below the neck) is OLD FITZGERALD in 1/2" tall letters. At the bottom on front is ONE QUART. On the back (just below the neck) is FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR RE-USE OF THIS BOTTLE. Just below, in larger letters is BOTTLED AT DISTILLERY NO.16 SHIVELY, KENTUCKY.
On the bottom of the bottle is D379 and just below it, 65-41
I've been into whiskey-related items for over 50 years, and this is ONE OF THE NICEST older bottles I have ever seen. It is in near-mint condition.
