This Char-Broil Big Easy does need repaired. I broke the control valve on Thanksgiving Day and under the pressure to get the turkey fried I had to buy a new one. It's a very easy repair; the new valve comes with a new hose and regulator. I found the part from several parts suppliers and they sell from $35.00-$55.00, and a 15-20 min installation, but as I said, I didn't have time to wait. So, with a little effort you can have a fryer for less than half price. These cookers are great; you can fry a 16lb turkey (10 min per lb.), 8lb roast, 6lb pork shoulder and much more. No mess or wait time to clean up like an oil fryer. Asking $25.00, any questions feel to call, will meet anywhere within a 15-mile radius of Ramsey. Thanks for looking!!
