Tired of grass-finished beef that has poor marbling? Would you like to eat healthily and not have to pretend to enjoy it? We regularly reach USDA Choice marbling grade without using growth implants, hormones, antibiotics, grain, or other supplement. High-quality pasture and high-quality hay combined with exceptional management produces beef that is tender, well-marbled, and has great flavor. These cattle are grown on the highly mineralized soils of southern Woodford County Kentucky. You are welcome to visit the farm to see the cattle and see how they are raised.

We are processing steers in July 2024 and have openings for a few new customers. Base pricing is $4.85/lb hanging weight for a half or whole steer (typically 725-950 lbs hanging weight for a whole steer), which includes custom processing in vacuum sealed packaging. You will have multiple cutting options based on your preferences (I will help you navigate the options). A half steer will yield approximately 225-325 lbs of packaged meat depending on hanging weight and cutting instructions. Organs, soup/marrow bones, and suet are also available at a very small additional charge (just paying for the additional packaging). Contact me to get more details and if you have questions.

We can do quarters (1/4 of a steer) but this will be dependent on matching up customers who want similar cutting instructions. Quarter pricing is $5.25/lb hanging weight. A quarter steer will contain approximately 110-160 lbs of meat depending on hanging weight and cutting instructions.
