A former Veteran housing has a wheelchair. Been onsite just sitting for 2 yrs. Its been cleaned up really well. was well kept. tires and panels look new. The back battery charged 100 %.The front battery will not take a charge. It needs replaced. These new go for 4100.00.Ebay has them at 1100.00 the cheapest.. Iv left the front off it so you can get to the front battery.. Make me an offer.
