We are looking for an entry-level, driven individual to provide excellent customer service both in our office and over the phone. In your role as admin assistant you will report directly to the Production Manager with administrative duties including but not limited to: sales, customer service and basic accounting functions.
Your specific duties as a Administrative Assistant will include:
*Schedule appointments over the phone
*Assist in payment collection/invoicing
*Generate daily summary reports
*Perform Data Entry and update Customer Service Database
*Additional administrative duties as needed
*Work using Marketsharp software
*Raises based on performance
*User will be in office at all times
As a Admin Assistant, you must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a team environment. Strong customer service skills are crucial for your success in this role.
