The company is based in Louisville, is well capitalized, and has a proven record of year over year growth. We are involved in the ownership and management of multi-family residences and apartments. We also run a successful construction and commercial development division. A successful employee in this role will be well positioned to grow professionally as the company grows.
*Professional and friendly customer service.
*Assist in the collection of rents and preparation of receipts and late notices.
*Compose correspondence and documents; Answer phones and greet tenants in a professional manner.
*Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies.
*Maintain all residents files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation
*Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments
inspected and compliant with established standards prior to move-in.
*Help coordinate daily activity of Maintenance Team.

*Qualities Desired In Successful Candidate:
High school education or equivalent is required; college degree is a plus but not a requirement.
One year minimum experience in residential property management or elated field is preferred.
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of job's functions.
Strong Organizational Skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills, especially in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
