Room for rent in my home in the St. Matthews area of Louisville. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. I'm looking for someone that lives out of town and needs a place to stay while working in Louisville or someone that lives in Louisville but works out of town. I'm not looking for someone that's going to be here every night. I've had a lot of success renting to people who just need a place to stay while in Louisville. No one under 40. Deposit is $250 and there is no lease to sign.
