Handyman groundskeeper seeks room (Louisville)

Hi. My name is Brian and I am looking for a property to take care of in exchange for a room. I have done window installation, fence building, tree work, hauling, painting, basic plumbing, etc.

I drive a 2012 Toyota Tundra 4x4 pickup truck and have many tools in my storage unit in Louisville. I'm currently in Louisville trying to get on my feet.

I am comfortable around horses, cattle and other livestock.

I have been background checked for caregiving companies as well as flatbed towed. I can run a skid steer, backhoe and excavator.

I have no furniture and travel light. No pets. No pickup trailer, but I have a big rig class A license.
