This is a 9' prelit tree we've used for a few years. It's in pretty good shape, and has some nice features, including a working remote, white & multicolor options, and realistic fir tips. Some of the multicolor lights aren't working as well, they might just need replacement, but the white side works great.

Includes stand, remote, extra bulbs, original manual.

Cash only, you will have to pick it up. It's in our garage already, but it's not in a box.
